CLA™ serves as the official OOF® classification governance
architecture used for classification design, classification
governance, classification validation, classification lifecycle
management, classification interoperability, classification
intelligence, classification assurance, and classification
governance navigation across AI systems, autonomous systems,
organizations, digital assets, critical infrastructure, regulatory
environments, and future operational ecosystems.
Classification Architecture (CLA™) does not define individual
classifications. CLA™ defines the governance architecture required
to ensure that classifications remain structurally defined,
methodologically consistent, operationally valid, interoperable,
governable, intelligently usable, and continuously assured
throughout their complete lifecycle.
CLA™ consists of 10 Core Parent Standards forming the primary
classification governance backbone within the OOF® ecosystem.
Additional compatible standards, bridge standards, and specialized
classification governance standards may extend the architecture when
new classification governance spaces are identified. However, the
standards listed below form the official core governance structure
of CLA™.
