Cognitive Integrity Standard (CIS) defines the structural conditionsunder which cognition remains valid, coherent, bounded, traceable, and governable
across human cognition, AI cognition, agent cognition, collective cognition,
and future cognitive architectures.
CIS governs the foundational validity of cognition itself.
Cognitive validity increasingly depends not only on outputs, intelligence level,
or system capability, but on whether truth, reasoning, governance boundaries,
continuity, and structural coherence remain materially preserved during cognition.
