Cognitive Boundary Integrity Module (CBIM) defines the structural conditionsunder which cognition remains bounded, constrained, governable, and materially aligned
with defined cognitive validity conditions across human, AI, agent, collective,
and future cognitive systems.
CBIM governs cognitive boundaries.
