B. Standard Abstract

This standard defines ZVA™ (Zero Value Asset) as a formally recognized
asset state in which an asset exists but carries zero admissible economic
value.
It establishes the structural, ethical, ecological, legal, and authenticity
conditions under which value nullification occurs.
The standard defines Zero Value as a stable and governed state within a
deterministic asset lifecycle.

C. Canonical Definition

A ZVA™ (Zero Value Asset) is defined as an asset that formally exists,
retains identity and history, but is assigned zero admissible economic value
within a governed system.
ZVA™ represents a state, not a number, loss, debt, negative valuation, or
accounting write-off.

D. Base

This standard is based on:
  • The Canonical Definition System™
  • Asset State Determinism
  • Traceable Identity and Origin Integrity
  • Non-Skippable State Transitions
  • Value as a governed condition rather than a subjective assignment
ZVA™ operates within a sequential asset state architecture.

E. Purpose & Scope

Purpose

To establish a deterministic global classification for assets that must be
excluded from economic participation due to failure of authenticity, legality,
ethical compliance, ecological integrity, or systemic safety.

Scope

This standard applies to:

This standard does not define pricing models, valuation methods, or market
mechanisms.

F. Applicability

This standard applies when an asset:

Applicability is determined through governed evaluation layers.

G. Protocol

ZVA™ classification follows multi-layer evaluation:

  1. Identity & Verification Layer

  2. Failure of origin traceability or authenticity verification results in ZVA™
    assignment.

  3. Ecological & Ethical Evaluation Layer

  4. Assets causing ecological harm or ethical violations qualify for ZVA™
    status.

  5. Authenticity & Integrity Layer

  6. Assets containing falsified, manipulated, contradictory, or unverifiable data
    qualify for ZVA™ status.

  7. Legality & Compliance Layer

  8. Assets illegal to produce, trade, or operate qualify for ZVA™ status.

  9. Economic Function Layer

  10. Assets that cannot be validated, licensed, safely used, or integrated into the
real economy may be classified as ZVA™.

All classifications must be recorded and remain traceable.

H. Classification & States

Canonical Asset State Sequence

  1. Origin Asset™
  2. DeMonet™
  3. ZVA™
  4. ReMonet™
  5. Value Asset™
ZVA™ is a stable asset state within this sequence.

Transition Rule

ZVA™ cannot transition directly to Value Asset™.

ReMonet™ is the only permitted transition mechanism.

Skipping states, rewriting history, or direct value injection constitutes systemic
manipulation within governed systems.

I. Licensing & Usage

Reference use of this standard is permitted without license.

Implementation of ZVA™ classification mechanisms in operational or
commercial systems requires an OOF™ license.

Derivative frameworks replicating the governed zero-value asset state logic
require explicit authorization under MIP™ protection.

J. Compatibility & Dependencies

This standard is compatible with:

ZVA™ operates as a foundational classification within the Economic & Value
Standards domain.

K. Non-Compliance Consequences

Assets processed in contradiction to this standard:

Improper value assignment without ReMonet™ transition is invalid within
canonical systems.

Canonical Closing Statement

ZVA™ is not failure.
It is a controlled suspension of economic value within a governed lifecycle.
