Role of a Regional Methodology Operator
A Regional Methodology Operator is a locally executed, globally governed entity responsible for: operating regional methodology infrastructure,
enabling registration of methodologies as intellectual assets, providing licensing, certification, and implementation support,
connecting methodologies to real markets and institutions, localizing methodologies without altering canonical meaning,
supporting authors, innovators, and methodology creators, protecting the OOF™ brand and methodological integrity,
building long-term regional methodology ecosystems. This role is operational, not advisory.
OOF™ remains a non-executable authority and does not perform market execution.
Ownership & Control Model
Each Regional Methodology Operator is structured as follows: 50 % ownership held by OOF™ (non-executable authority, governance, canonical control)
50 % ownership held by the regional operator / investor (executive power, operations, market execution)
OOF™ retains: canonical meaning authority, system governance, compatibility validation, global integrity oversight.
The operator retains: operational execution, regional business development, partner and client engagement, implementation delivery.
Why MIP™ Exists (Reality Check)
Copyright protects recordings, not meaning, Patents protect mechanisms, not interpretation ,Trademarks protect names, not behavior
MIP™ protects the layer where reality becomes defined.
This allows protection of: music before it becomes a file, design before it becomes a product, video before it becomes content
AI output before it enters the market

Initial evaluation during the 6-month call window
Subsequent rounds with stricter entry requirements
Final selection based on: region, strategic importance, demonstrated capability long-term alignment with OOFTM principles
OOFTM may select: a single operator, multiple operators, a consortium, or no operator for a given region.
Strategic Context
Methodologies will increasingly govern: AI interpretation and decision-making, compliance and regulatory alignment, ethical and economic state validation,
trust and auditability across markets. Whoever builds and operates methodology infrastructure shapes how reality is interpreted and executed.
This call is about building that infrastructure.
