B. Standard Abstract

This standard defines Value Asset as a formally recognized asset state in
which positive admissible economic value is assigned within a governe
d system.
It establishes the conditions required for lawful value recognition and
systemic integration.
Value Asset represents a governed activation of value following a validated
transition process.


C. Canonical Definition

A Value Asset is defined as an asset state in which positive economic
value is formally assigned, recognized, and governed under canonical
system rules.

Value Asset status may only exist if:
  • the asset originates as Origin Asset™, or
  • the asset has passed through ZVA™ and ReMonet™ transition.

This standard is based on:
  • Deterministic Asset State Architecture
  • Governed Value Recognition
  • Non-Skippable Transition Logic
  • Traceable Historical Continuity
Value is not assumed.
Value must be systemically admitted.


E. Purpose & Scope

Purpose

To define the canonical conditions under which an asset may carry positive
economic value within a regulated system.

Canonical sequence:

Origin Asset™ → DeMonet™ → ZVA™ → ReMonet™ → Value Asset

Value Asset is a governed state.
Direct transition from ZVA™ without ReMonet™ is prohibited.

Implementation of Value Asset recognition mechanisms requires OOF™
license.

Derivative value governance systems require authorization under MIP™.
