ArtData™

Minimum Implementation Framework (MIF)

Standard Reference: ArtData™ Standard v1.0
Category: AI & Data Integrity Standards (AI)
Purpose: Practical implementation guidance for datasets designated as
ArtData™ Compliant

1. Implementation Principle

ArtData™ implementation is based on a simple rule:

If the origin, identity, history, and responsibility of a dataset are
visible, the dataset becomes structurally accountable.

The framework therefore focuses on minimum structural transparency,
not complex technical infrastructure.

2. Minimum Implementation Steps

To implement ArtData™ compliance, an organization must complete the
following steps.

Step 1 — Declare Dataset Origin

The dataset origin must be documented.

Minimum requirement:

Examples:

The origin description must be stored in the dataset record.

Step 2 — Assign Dataset Identity Anchor

Each dataset must receive a unique structural identity.

Minimum requirement:

Example:

Dataset ID: ARTD-DS-00021
Version: 1.0
Integrity Hash: SHA256 reference

This ensures dataset traceability across systems.

Step 3 — Record Dataset Time Continuity

The dataset lifecycle must be documented.

Minimum requirement:

If the dataset changes, a new version record must be created.

Step 4 — Document Dataset Transformations

Any modification to the dataset must be recorded.

Examples include:

Minimum documentation:

Step 5 — Declare Responsible Entity

A legally identifiable entity must accept responsibility for the dataset.

Minimum requirement:

The responsible entity must confirm that dataset documentation is
accurate.

3. ArtData™ Compliance Record

Each ArtData™ dataset should maintain a simple dataset declaration
record
containing:

This record may be stored:

4. Public Responsibility Statement
(Optional)

Organizations may publish the following statement:

“This dataset is maintained under ArtData™ structural integrity conditions.
Dataset origin, identity, lifecycle history, and responsible entity information
are documented in accordance with the ArtData™ Standard.”

Public disclosure is optional but recommended.

5. Implementation Effort

ArtData™ implementation requires minimal infrastructure.

Typical implementation effort:

No external certification or mandatory audit is required under Version 1.0.

6. Structural Outcome

When implemented correctly, ArtData™ provides:

ArtData™ establishes the minimum structural integrity foundation for
AI datasets
