Canonical Definition System
Value Activation Standard defines the non-bypassable conditions underwhich an asset becomes economically active within a governed system.
Assets do not automatically participate in value flows.
An asset must pass structural validation before entering an active
value state.
Economic participation is conditional on verification, not existence.
A. Standard Abstract
VAS establishes an integrity-first economic model where value activationprecedes value distribution.
The objective is to ensure that:
- value does not flow before validation
- assets are structurally verified before participation
- economic entry points are controlled
- value flows remain governed and traceable
It defines when value becomes active.
Stage 1 — Inactive Asset State
All assets entering a system are initially:economically inactive
In this state:
- no yield may be generated
- no liquidity participation occurs
- no economic distribution is permitted
Stage 2 — Structural Validation
The system verifies:- asset origin integrity
- system compatibility
- governance compliance
- responsibility anchoring
Stage 3 — Value Activation
Assets that pass validation enter an: Active Value StateActivated assets may:
- participate in value flows
- generate yield
- serve as collateral
- enter liquidity systems
Stage 4 — Value Flow Distribution
Once activated:- value may flow through predefined mechanisms
- distribution remains governed
- all flows remain traceable
E. Purpose & Scope
VAS establishes a structural model where economic participation isconditional. It enables systems to maintain:
- controlled liquidity entry
- traceable capital flow
- governance-based activation
- integrity-based economic participation
- blockchain systems
- financial infrastructure
- tokenized assets
- AI data economies
- digital markets
Canonical Closing Statement
Economic value must be activated through integrity validation before it isallowed to flow.
