B. Core Principle
A surface must not be altered without authorization.C. Core Integrity Conditions
All conditions MUST be present simultaneously.1. Authorization Condition
Any modification, marking, or application to a surface MUST:
- be explicitly authorized
- be attributable to a responsible entity
- comply with defined conditions
2. Non-Alteration Condition
A surface MUST NOT be:
- permanently altered
- structurally damaged
- visually degraded
3. Reversibility Condition
Any authorized modification MUST:
- be fully removable
- leave no residue
- preserve original surface state
4. Material Protection Condition
Surface material MUST remain:
- intact
- undamaged
- structurally stable
5. Communication Control Condition
A surface MUST NOT function as a communication channel unless explicitly authorized. This includes:
- promotion
- identity signaling
- messaging
- advertising
6. Responsibility Attribution Condition
Every surface modification MUST be:
- attributable
- linked to a responsible entity
- legally and operationally accountable
H. Structural Principle
A surface is not a medium.It becomes one only through explicit authorization.
I. Compatibility Statement
A system may declare:"Surface Integrity Compliant"
only if all conditions are continuously satisfied.
