Canonical Definition System

Urban Surface Integrity defines the conditions under which surfaces in public or shared environments
must remain free from unauthorized markings, alterations, or use as uncontrolled communication
channels.

A surface is considered integrity-valid only if it remains:

• unmarked without authorization
• structurally intact
• visually unaltered
• free from unauthorized communication

Any unauthorized marking constitutes surface degradation and system misuse.

A. Module Abstract

The Urban Surface Integrity Module establishes the rules required to protect surfaces in public
and shared environments from unauthorized use.

The objective is to ensure that:

• surfaces are not used as uncontrolled communication channels
• public and private assets remain intact
• unauthorized markings are prevented and classified correctly
• responsibility is attributable and enforceable

This module does not regulate art.
It defines the boundary between authorized use and unauthorized intervention.
