Runtime Integrity Standard™ (RIS™) establishes the minimum runtimegovernance conditions required across the complete OOF® architecture
ecosystem.
RIS™ is not a domain architecture.
RIS™ is a Cross-Architecture Foundation Standard that provides the
runtime integrity layer upon which OOF® governance architectures operate
during real-world execution.
Canonical Definition
Runtime Integrity Standard™ (RIS™) defines the governance conditionsunder which execution remains traceable, verifiable, controlled,
authorized, observable, accountable, and reconstructable throughout
real-world operation.
Runtime integrity exists only when execution remains governed at the
moment it occurs.
Operational Role
RIS™ provides the runtime governance layer responsible for preservingexecution integrity across operational environments.
Its role is to ensure that runtime behavior remains controlled,
traceable, verifiable, attributable, reconstructable, and continuously
available for governance evaluation.
Why This Standard Exists
Well-designed systems may still fail during execution.Policies, permissions, architectures, and governance models provide
intent.
RIS™ ensures that governance remains active while systems actually
operate.
Without runtime integrity, governance cannot be verified in operational
reality.
Runtime Integrity Failure Rule
Runtime Integrity fails whenever execution becomes:- untraceable,
- uncontrolled,
- unauthorized,
- unverifiable,
- unreconstructable,
outside defined governance conditions.
Any execution that cannot be reconstructed cannot be considered
governed.
