Purpose

This framework defines how to implement the Runtime Integrity Standard (RIS) in real systems.

It translates the standard into operational execution.

Implementation Principle

Runtime Integrity must be enforced at execution, not defined in advance.

• register and identify all tools

3. Environment Layer

• define execution environments
• enforce environment boundaries

4. Delegation Layer

• track all delegation flows
• define authority and responsibility

5. Approval Layer

• require explicit approval for critical actions
• validate approval at execution

Implementation Steps

Step 1 — System Mapping
Identify:

• actions
• tools
• environments
• delegation paths
• approval points

Step 2 — Condition Alignment
Ensure that each component satisfies RIS conditions.

Step 3 — Control Integration
Implement controls that enforce:

• traceability
• authorization
• environment definition
• delegation governance

Step 4 — Real-Time Validation
Ensure that all checks occur:

• at execution
• not before
• not after

Step 5 — Continuous Monitoring
Maintain:

• execution visibility
• integrity state awareness
• failure detection

Minimum Implementation Requirement

A system meets RIS only if:

• all execution is traceable
• all tools are controlled
• all environments are defined
• all delegation is governed
• all approvals are enforced

Failure Condition

If any control is missing or bypassed:
