Execution Integrity Module (EIM) defines the governance conditions underwhich operational execution remains valid, controlled, traceable,
verifiable, authorized, and reconstructable throughout its complete
execution lifecycle.
EIM governs execution integrity.
The module establishes the minimum governance conditions required to
ensure that every operational action remains continuously governed while
it is executed rather than being evaluated only before or after
execution.
