Authority Validation Standard (AVS) defines the structuralconditions under which authority remains verifiable, legitimate,
recognizable, traceable, governable, accountable, reconstructable,
and operationally valid throughout its lifecycle.
AVS governs authority validation.
The standard establishes the foundational conditions required to
determine whether authority claims, authority assignments, delegated
authority structures, authority rights, authority privileges, and
authority decisions remain valid and recognizable within
governance environments.
