Authority Validation Origin Integrity Module (AVOIM) defines thestructural conditions under which authority validation remains
attributable to an identifiable, legitimate, traceable, governable,
accountable, and operationally valid validation source throughout
the validation lifecycle.
AVOIM governs validation origin.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine who performed the validation, under what authority the
validation was performed, and whether the validation source
itself remains legitimate.
