Authority Validation Criteria Integrity Module (AVCIM) defines thestructural conditions under which the criteria, requirements,
standards, qualifications, rules, thresholds, permissions, and
governance conditions used to validate authority remain
identifiable, traceable, governable, accountable, consistent, and
operationally valid throughout the validation lifecycle.
