Module: AHIM™ — Agent Harness Integrity Module
Parent Standard: Runtime Integrity Standard (RIS)
Type: Self-Declaration & Validation Framework

Purpose

This framework enables organizations to formally declare that their AI agent systems operate
in compliance with the Agent Harness Integrity Module (AHIM™).

Self-declaration is valid only if all runtime integrity conditions are continuously satisfied.

Declaration Statement

An organization may declare:

"This system is AHIM™ compliant and operates under Runtime
Integrity conditions as defined by the OOF™ framework."

Mandatory Conditions

All conditions must be satisfied without exception.

1. Execution Control

• All agent actions occur within defined runtime boundaries
• No execution occurs outside authorized scope

2. Tool Governance

• All tool interactions are authorized
• Tool usage is traceable and contextually valid
• No uncontrolled escalation of tool capabilities

3. Memory Integrity

• Memory state is consistent and controlled
• Unauthorized mutation is prevented
• Contextual coherence is maintained

4. Session Integrity

• Sessions are bounded and controlled
• State transitions are defined and enforced
• No uncontrolled persistence occurs

5. Environment Control

• Execution environment is isolated
• External impact is controlled and limited
• System behavior is auditable

6. Outcome Verifiability

• Outputs are traceable to execution context
• Results remain within defined constraints
• Outputs can be verified and audited

Continuous Compliance Requirement

AHIM™ compliance is not static.

The system must remain compliant:

• during all runtime operations
• across all sessions
• under all execution conditions

If any condition is violated, compliance is immediately invalid.

Prohibited Declaration

A system must not declare AHIM™ compliance if:

• execution is not fully controlled
• tool usage is not governed
• memory state is unstable
• sessions are unbounded
• outputs cannot be verified

Verification Responsibility

The declaring entity is fully responsible for:

• accuracy of the declaration
• continuous compliance
• internal validation mechanisms

External validation may be applied where required.

System Output Requirement

A compliant system must be able to demonstrate:

• execution traceability
• controlled runtime behavior
• verifiable outcomes

Failure Condition

Self-declaration is invalid if:

• any runtime condition is not met
• compliance is assumed but not verified
• system behavior cannot be audited

Canonical Closing Statement

AHIM™ compliance is not declared by intent.

It is proven by continuous execution integrity.
