Responsibility Continuity Validity Integrity Module (RCVIM) definesthe structural conditions under which responsibility-continuity
relationships remain legitimate, recognized, preserved, governable,
reconstructable, reviewable, enforceable, and operationally valid
throughout the responsibility lifecycle.
RCVIM governs responsibility-continuity validity.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
