Responsibility Continuity Origin Integrity Module (RCOIM) definesthe structural conditions under which responsibility-continuity
relationships remain attributable to identifiable, legitimate,
traceable, governable, reconstructable, accountable, and
operationally valid responsibility sources throughout
the responsibility lifecycle.
RCOIM governs responsibility-continuity origin.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine where responsibility continuity originated, which
responsibility relationship is being preserved, and whether the
continuity relationship remains connected to a
legitimate responsibility source.
