Lactic Fermented Vegetable Liquid defines a fermented beverageproduced through natural lactic acid fermentation of plant material
in a water-based system.
The liquid is valid only if it is biologically transformed through
fermentation, resulting in a stable, acidic, and safe consumable
system.

1. Biological TransformationThe liquid must result from active lactic fermentation.
2. Acidity Threshold
The liquid must reach:
pH ≤ 4.2
This ensures microbial safety and fermentation validity.
3. Non-Simulation Condition
Artificial acidification or chemical simulation is not permitted.
