The Honey Blend Transparency Module (HBTM) defines the
conditions under which honey may be combined with natural
substances while maintaining full transparency and structural
honesty.

The objective is to:

eliminate hidden adulteration
introduce a transparent alternative to illegal mixing
preserve product integrity through disclosure
create a separate category distinct from honey

This module does not redefine honey.
It defines transparent honey-based blends.

B. Canonical Definition

A Honey Blend is a product composed of honey and natural
substances, where:

honey remains the primary component
all additional substances are declared
the product is not presented as pure honey

A Honey Blend is not honey.
It is a separate, declared product category.
