Governance Oversight Standard (GOS) defines the structuralconditions under which oversight activities remain identifiable,
traceable, governable, accountable, reconstructable, independent,
reviewable, and operationally valid throughout the
oversight lifecycle.
GOS governs oversight.
The standard establishes the foundational conditions required to
determine who monitored governance activities, what was monitored,
how oversight was performed, whether oversight remained independent,
and whether oversight can be reconstructed after
operational execution.
