Canonical Definition
Oversight Scope Integrity Module (OSIM) defines the structuralconditions under which oversight boundaries, oversight domains,
monitored activities, monitored actors, monitored systems, monitored
decisions, monitored processes, and monitored governance
environments remain identifiable, traceable, governable,
accountable, reconstructable, and operationally valid throughout
the oversight lifecycle.
OSIM governs oversight scope.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine exactly what was subject to oversight, what remained
outside oversight boundaries, where oversight began, and
where oversight ended.
Module Function
The module applies wherever systems must preserve:- clearly defined oversight boundaries
- visible oversight coverage
- reconstructable oversight domains
- accountable oversight assignments
- governance-valid oversight limits
- operational oversight clarity
Its function is to ensure that governance can determine exactly what
was subject to oversight and what remained outside oversight.
