OOF Compatibility — CGRM Standard
Three Layers of Adoption
1. Self-DeclarationSelf-declaration is the entry layer.
It allows any organization to:
- declare alignment
- accept responsibility
- make governance claims publicly
OOF Aligned (CGRM)
What It Means:
- governance conditions are implemented
- responsibility is accepted
- claims are publicly attributable
Self-declaration creates accountability.
2. Minimal Implementation FrameworkThe implementation framework defines:
how CGRM is applied in practice
It provides:
- minimum required steps
- clear implementation structure
- immediate usability
- turns governance into operation
- enables real system control
- ensures conditions are active
Implementation makes governance real.
3. Validation (Optional)Validation is an additional layer , not a requirement.
It may include:
- independent verification
- system audit
- confirmation of conditions
- the system has been externally reviewed
- conditions are confirmed at a given time
