Canonical Definition
Operational Accountability Traceability Module (OATM) defines thestructural conditions under which accountability for autonomous
operations remains continuously traceable across decisions, actions,
responsibilities, operational events, and governance outcomes
throughout the complete autonomous operational lifecycle.
OATM governs operational accountability traceability.
The module establishes the governance conditions required to ensure
that accountability can be traced from operational initiation to
final outcome through complete governance records and operational
evidence.

Minimum Implementation Framework
1. Define the Accountability Traceability Object Identify whichaccountability relationships require complete lifecycle
traceability.
2. Define Traceability Conditions

3. Define Traceability Failure Logic
Identify conditions where accountability becomes untraceable,
fragmented, incomplete, inconsistent, or governance- invalid.
4. Define Governance Response
Define governance actions for accountability reconstruction,
evidence verification, operational investigation, governance
correction, or escalation.
5. Preserve Traceability Records
Preserve accountability mappings, governance decisions, operational
evidence, lifecycle history, traceability records, and supporting
documentation.
