Canonical Definition
Operational Authority Validation Module (OAVM) defines thestructural conditions under which autonomous operational authority
is verified, confirmed, and continuously validated before and during
autonomous operation.
OAVM governs operational authority validation.
The module establishes the governance conditions required to ensure
that autonomous operational authority remains legitimate, current,
governance-approved, and operationally valid throughout autonomous
execution.
