Authority Scope Integrity Module (ASIM) defines the structuralconditions under which the extent, limits, reach, permissions,
restrictions, applicability, and operational boundaries of authority
remain identifiable, traceable, governable, accountable, and
operationally valid throughout its lifecycle.
ASIM governs authority scope.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine what authority permits, what authority restricts, where
authority applies, and where authority ends.
Module Function
The module applies wherever systems must preserve:- visible authority boundaries
- accountable authority use
- reconstructable authority scope
- traceable permissions
- governance-valid authority limits
- operational authority clarity
Its function is to ensure that governance can determine what
authority is permitted to do and what remains outside its scope.
