Canonical Definition
Authority Legitimacy Integrity Module (ALIM) defines the structuralconditions under which authority remains valid, recognized,
verifiable, governable, accountable, and operationally legitimate
throughout its lifecycle.
ALIM governs authority legitimacy.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine whether authority represents a valid governance right
rather than an assumed, fabricated, expired, unauthorized, or
illegitimate authority claim.
Module Function
The module applies wherever systems must preserve:- legitimate authority structures
