Authority Accountability Integrity Module (AAIM) defines thestructural conditions under which authority remains attributable,
accountable, traceable, evidence-supported, governable,
reconstructable, and operationally valid throughout its lifecycle.
AAIM governs authority accountability.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine who exercised authority, who approved authority, who
delegated authority, who supervised authority, and who remains
accountable for decisions, actions, consequences, and outcomes
arising from authority.
