Accountability Governance Standard (AGS-A) defines the structuralconditions under which accountability relationships remain
identifiable, attributable, traceable, governable, reconstructable,
enforceable, reviewable, and operationally valid throughout
the accountability lifecycle.

The standard establishes the foundational conditions required to
determine who remains answerable for outcomes, decisions, actions,
