Accountability Traceability Integrity Module (ATIM) defines thestructural conditions under which accountability assignments,
accountability transfers, accountability validations, accountability
reviews, answerability relationships, accountability decisions,
accountability actions, and accountability outcomes remain
traceable, reconstructable, reviewable, auditable, governable,
enforceable, and operationally valid throughout the
accountability lifecycle.
ATIM governs accountability traceability.

transferred accountability, and whether the complete accountability
chain can be reconstructed after governance activities occur.
