Accountability Chain Validity Integrity Module (ACVIM) defines thestructural conditions under which accountability- chain
relationships, accountability ownership structures, accountability
transitions, accountability delegations, accountability transfers,
accountability validations, accountability outcomes, and
accountability-governance activities remain legitimate, recognized,
governable, reconstructable, reviewable, enforceable, and
operationally valid throughout the accountability-chain lifecycle.
ACVIM governs accountability-chain validity.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine whether accountability-chain relationships remain
legitimate across governance layers, whether accountability
transfers remain valid, and whether accountability-chain structures
