Accountability Chain Scope Integrity Module (ACSIM) defines thestructural conditions under which accountability- chain boundaries,
accountability relationships, accountability transitions,
accountability ownership domains, accountability obligations,
accountability limitations, accountability expectations, and
accountability outcomes remain identifiable, traceable, governable,
reconstructable, reviewable, and operationally valid throughout
the accountability-chain lifecycle.
ACSIM governs accountability-chain scope.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine exactly which accountability relationships belong to the
accountability chain, where chain boundaries begin, where they end,
and which governance actors are included within the chain.
