Accountability Chain Origin Integrity Module (ACOIM) defines thestructural conditions under which accountability- chain
relationships remain attributable to identifiable, legitimate,
traceable, governable, reconstructable, reviewable, accountable, and
operationally valid accountability origins throughout
the accountability-chain lifecycle.
ACOIM governs accountability-chain origin.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine where an accountability chain begins, which accountability
relationship serves as the chain origin, and whether the
accountability-chain origin remains legitimate and governable.
