OOF® Global AI Incident Intelligence™
The world produces the incidents. OOF® turns them into governance intelligence.
Public dataset synchronizes daily from identified sources.

Methodology
The platform strictly separates Source Fact, Evidence, Automated OOF® Analysis, and OOF® Approved Assessment. Automated analysis is generated intelligence and never becomes OOF® Approved without an explicit authorized review.
Source Collection and Verification
Each factual field retains source provenance, publication time, retrieval time, and event time where available. Independent sources are distinguished from copied or syndicated reporting. Copyrighted articles are not reproduced.
Incident Monitoring and Assessment
The normal lifecycle is Discovery, Acquisition, Incident Resolution, Deduplication, Evidence Extraction, Corroboration, Fact Reconstruction, Governance Mechanism Detection, Architecture Analysis, Severity Analysis, Governance Findings, Automated Publication, and Continuous Reassessment. Human review is optional and is not required for normal automated operation.
Architecture Mapping
The engine retrieves canonical architectures, Parent Standards, and Core Modules dynamically from the existing OOF® Knowledge Layer. Assignments include matched governed terms, supporting source evidence, confidence, uncertainty, and relevant standards or modules. No fixed architecture list is embedded in the public analysis.
Coverage States
Public monitoring distinguishes Automated Analysis from Insufficient Evidence. Coverage remains Under Review unless supported evidence justifies a stronger state. A missing match or missing evidence is never converted into a governance failure.
Continuous Reassessment
Material changes to an OOF® Architecture, Parent Standard, Core Module, governed space, boundary, or relationship can trigger selective historical reassessment. Previous analysis versions remain auditable and source facts are never overwritten.
Dataset Scope
Counts and rates describe only the approved public dataset and must not be treated as absolute proof of architecture quality, company fault, legal liability, regulatory non-compliance, or global incident prevalence.
V3 Trust and Assessment Quality Layer
Every public result is labelled Automated Preliminary Governance Assessment. The interface separates known record facts, reported claims, material unknowns, evidence gaps, architecture relevance, preliminary findings, and governance questions. Assessment confidence is categorical: High, Moderate, Limited, or Evidence Insufficient.
| Subsystem | Disposition | V3 treatment |
|---|---|---|
| Source adapters and provenance | KEEP | Preserved as replaceable acquisition interfaces. |
| Stable incident identity and deduplication | KEEP | Existing OOF-AII identifiers and source merging remain intact. |
| Public routes, map, and filters | EXTEND | The existing interface exposes evidence-disciplined preliminary governance assessments. |
| Evidence model | EXTEND | Adds source authority, independence, directness, corroboration, contradiction, and time roles. |
| Keyword architecture mapping | REPLACE | Structured retrieval from the OOF® Knowledge Layer identifies primary and contributing architectures with incident-specific reasons. |
| Inline assessment field | REPLACE | Generated conclusions live in a separate versioned assessment store. |
| Permanent Unclassified severity | REFACTOR | Replaced publicly by evidence-based automated severity with rationale and uncertainty. |
V3 Data Model and Boundaries
Source Fact remains immutable in the incident store. Evidence Snapshot records provenance and corroboration. Automated Preliminary Governance Assessment contains versioned architecture analysis, standards/modules, findings, evidence gaps, categorical confidence, governance questions, and reassessment history. It is not an official investigation, legal determination, regulatory finding, certification, or OOF® Approved Assessment.
Migration and Test Strategy
All existing incidents receive a first automated assessment without modifying their original source record. Tests verify source immutability, stable identity, dynamic knowledge retrieval, explainable assignments, evidence links, continuous version numbers, and the rule that automated output cannot become OOF® Approved. Future acquisition adapters remain independent of governance reasoning.
