B. Canonical Definition

Value is any unit, asset, or measurable outcome that:
  • can be attributed to a specific entity
  • can be transferred between entities
  • can be recorded and verified
A Value Transfer occurs only when such value moves from one entity to
another under measurable and attributable conditions.

C. Structural Base

This standard is based on:
  • Measurability Requirement
  • Attribution Principle
  • Transfer Condition
  • Auditability Requirement
Value must exist as a definable and verifiable unit.

D. Value Qualification Criteria

For something to qualify as value, it MUST meet all of the following:

1. Measurability
Value must:
  • have quantifiable magnitude
  • be expressible in units, metrics, or equivalent
2. Attribution
Value must:
  • be assignable to a specific entity
  • have a defined source and destination
3. Transferability
Value must:
  • be capable of moving between entities
  • result in a change of state, ownership,
    or control
4. Recordability
Value must:
  • be recordable within a system
  • be verifiable through audit
    or trace
If any condition is not met:
→ value does not exist within this standard

E. Non-Value Classification

The following do NOT qualify as value:
  • attention
  • views
  • likes
  • impressions
  • unmonetized engagement
These are:
Value Signals, not value

F. Transfer Definition (Critical)

A Value Transfer exists only when:
  • value moves between entities
  • the movement is measurable
  • the movement is attributable
  • the movement is recorded
If no transfer occurs:
→ no value event exists

G. Structural Rule

Value exists only when it can be:
  • measured
  • attributed
  • transferred
  • recorded
No implicit, assumed, or perceived value is permitted.

H. System Independence

This definition applies across:
  • digital platforms
  • financial systems
  • hybrid environments
  • AI-driven systems
Value remains structurally consistent regardless of system.

I. Methodology

  • Identify potential value
  • Verify qualification criteria
  • Confirm transfer capability
  • Confirm recordability
  • Classify as value or non-value

J. Threshold Logic

Value state is:
  • VALID VALUE → meets all criteria
  • NON-VALUE → fails any condition
No partial qualification is permitted.
