The following uses require prior authorization from OOF™:- commercial implementation of VTTS™
- integration into platforms, systems, or applications
- deployment within financial or economic infrastructures
- state-level or governmental adoption
- automated taxation systems based on VTTS™ logic
4. Canonical Definition Requirement
All use of VTTS™ must preserve:- exact canonical definitions
- structural logic

6. Compatibility Condition

Any system that:

8. Liability

OOF™ reserves the right to:- deny or revoke compatibility status
- publicly classify systems as non-compliant
- enforce licensing conditions

All derivative or applied systems must:
