Canonical DefinitionUser Context Memory Module (UCMM) defines the structural conditions under which
memory related to user context remains accurate, relevant, reconstructable, traceable,
accountable, and operationally valid throughout interactions, personalization processes,
decision-support activities, and long-term Human-AI relationships.
UCMM governs user context memory.
The module ensures that systems preserve meaningful understanding of a user's situation,
environment, objectives, relationships, circumstances, and interaction history rather than
relying on isolated or context-deficient information.
A system satisfies UCMM only if:
- user context remains identifiable
- context relevance remains assessable
- contextual history remains reconstructable
- context changes remain traceable
- context utilization remains accountable
- context memory remains operationally valid
A system that repeatedly loses relevant user context does not satisfy UCMM.
