declare alignment with the Origin Eco™ Standard through transparent
disclosure of origin, materials, and production processes.

The objective is to establish visible environmental transparency through
producer responsibility.

Implementation Principle

Implementation of the Origin Eco™ Standard at the declaration level
operates through public structural disclosure of origin, material
composition, and production processes.

Responsibility for the declaration remains with the declaring entity.

Declaration Conditions

A product or production process may be declared under the Origin Eco™
Standard when the following information is documented and publicly
accessible.

1. Origin Disclosure

The origin of primary materials or resources used in production must be
declared.

Examples may include:

• own cultivation or production
• local supplier sourcing
• regional sourcing
• imported materials

Where applicable, geographic origin may be specified.

2. Material Transparency

Primary materials used in the product must be declared.

The declaration should provide visibility of:

• material categories
• natural or synthetic origin
• principal inputs used in production

The objective is structural transparency of material composition.

3. Production Process Transparency

The core production process must be described.

The declaration should include:

• description of production stages
• responsible entity

This ensures visibility and responsibility for production structure.

Responsibility Declaration

The producer publishes a public declaration confirming that the
information disclosed reflects the actual production structure.

Example declaration:

“This product is declared under the Origin Eco™ Standard. Origin of
materials, material composition, and production process transparency are
publicly disclosed under producer responsibility.”

Documentation Requirements

Implementation typically requires:

• one origin disclosure sheet
• one material transparency sheet
• one production process description
• one responsibility declaration

The information should remain publicly accessible.
