Canonical Definition
Runtime Meaning Stability Module (RMSM) defines the structural conditions under whichoperational meaning remains sufficiently stable during runtime progression, adaptive
execution, orchestration change, delegated interaction, and live interpretation
environments across consequence-bearing operational systems.
A system satisfies RMSM only if:
- operational meaning remains runtime-stable
- interpretation continuity survives execution change
- runtime adaptation does not silently mutate operational meaning
- delegated interaction preserves semantic continuity
- consequence-bearing runtime interpretation remains materially stable
A system that preserves execution continuity while operational meaning mutates materially
during runtime does not satisfy RMSM.
