Responsibility Traceability Validity Integrity Module (RTVIM)defines the structural conditions under which responsibility-history

validations, and responsibility-governance activities remain
legitimate, recognized, reviewable, reconstructable, auditable,
governable, enforceable, and operationally valid throughout
the responsibility lifecycle.
RTVIM governs responsibility-traceability validity.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine whether responsibility traceability remains legitimate,
whether reconstructed responsibility chains remain trustworthy, and
whether responsibility-history records remain suitable for
governance, audit, investigation, accountability, and
evidentiary use.
