2. Define Traceability Scope Conditions

The system must define the conditions under which traceability
scope remains valid.

  • responsibility-chain requirements

  • traceability-scope conditions


3. Define Scope Degradation Detection Logic

The system must define how traceability-scope failures
are identified.


This may include:

  • incomplete responsibility chains
  • traceability gaps
  • unclear traceability boundaries
  • fragmented reconstruction coverage
  • governance-blind traceability structures
  • responsibility-history ambiguity


4. Define Operational Response or Governance Logic
