Responsibility Traceability Origin Integrity Module (RTOIM) definesthe structural conditions under which responsibility-traceability
relationships remain attributable to identifiable, legitimate,
traceable, governable, reconstructable, reviewable, and
operationally valid responsibility sources throughout
the responsibility lifecycle.
RTOIM governs responsibility-traceability origin.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine where traceable responsibility history begins, which
responsibility relationship serves as the traceability origin, and
whether the source of responsibility traceability remains
legitimate and governable.
