Responsibility Scope Integrity Module (RSCIM) defines the structuralconditions under which the boundaries, obligations, duties,
expectations, limitations, operational requirements, and governed
activities associated with responsibility remain identifiable,
traceable, governable, accountable, reconstructable, and
operationally valid throughout the responsibility lifecycle.
RSCIM governs responsibility scope.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine exactly what a responsible actor was obligated to do, what
was outside the responsibility boundary, and where responsibility
began and ended.
