Responsibility Assignment Origin Integrity Module (RAOIM) definesthe structural conditions under which responsibility assignments
remain attributable to identifiable, legitimate, traceable,
governable, accountable, and operationally valid assignment sources
throughout the responsibility lifecycle.
RAOIM governs responsibility assignment origin.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine where responsibility originated, who assigned
responsibility, under what authority responsibility was assigned,
and whether the assignment source remained legitimate.
