serves as the official OOF® cognition governance map used for
cognition space identification, cognition governance classification,
cognition diagnostics, cognition validation, cognition architecture
analysis, and cognition problem placement across autonomous and
intelligent systems. CLIA® provides the primary cognition governance
reference architecture used to identify where cognition-related
problems belong before cognition analysis, cognition validation,
cognition governance, or cognition improvement begins. The purpose
of CLIA® is not to analyze cognition. The purpose of CLIA® is to
identify and define the governable cognition spaces of autonomous
and intelligent systems.

HCIS defines the conditions under which human cognition remains
governable, accountable, reality-connected, and resistant to
cognitive degradation, interpretation failure, bias amplification,
and cognition drift.
Governance Boundary
Begins when cognition is performed by humans. Ends when human
cognition can be evaluated for integrity.
3. Agent Cognition Integrity Standard (ACIS)

ACIS defines the conditions under which autonomous agents maintain
valid cognition, interpretation, reasoning, memory utilization, and
decision-support behavior.
Governance Boundary
Begins when an autonomous agent performs cognition. Ends when agent
cognition produces decisions, conclusions, or actions.
4. Multi-Agent Cognition Integrity Standard (MCIS)

MCIS defines the conditions under which cognition emerging between
multiple autonomous agents remains synchronized, traceable,
governable, and operationally valid.

5. Cognitive Interpretation Integrity Standard (CIIS)

6. Cognitive Reasoning Integrity Standard (CRIS)

CRIS defines the conditions under which reasoning processes remain
logically coherent, explainable, reconstructable, accountable, and
operationally valid.
Governance Boundary
Begins when cognition performs reasoning. Ends when reasoning
produces conclusions.
7. Cognitive Reality Modeling Standard (CRMS)

CRMS defines the conditions under which cognition constructs,

10. Cognitive Evolution Governance Standard (CEGS)

CEGS defines the conditions under which cognition may learn, adapt,
improve, self-modify, evolve, expand capabilities, and transform
cognitive structures while remaining accountable, traceable,
reality-connected, and governable.
