Relationship Identification Integrity Module (RIIM) defines thestructural conditions under which operational relationships between
actors remain identifiable, distinguishable, traceable,
reconstructable, and operationally valid throughout
governance analysis.
RIIM governs relationship identification.
The module establishes the conditions required to determine who is
connected to whom before authority, responsibility, control,
oversight, evidence, accountability, and consequence can
