Relationship Continuity Integrity Module (RCNIM) defines thestructural conditions under which relationships remain continuously
traceable, reconstructable, governable, and operationally valid
throughout changes in time, structure, ownership, delegation,
supervision, organizational form, and operational activity.
RCNIM governs relationship continuity.
The module establishes the conditions required to determine whether
