Responsibility Assignment Origin Integrity Module (RAOIM) definesthe structural conditions under which responsibility assignments
remain attributable to identifiable, legitimate, traceable,
governable, reconstructable, accountable, and operationally valid
assignment sources throughout the
responsibility-assignment lifecycle.
RAOIM governs responsibility-assignment origin.
The module establishes the integrity conditions required to
determine who initiated a responsibility assignment, under what
authority the assignment was made, how the assignment originated,
and whether the source of assignment remained legitimate
and governable.
