Canonical Definition
Cascading Accountability Module (CAM) defines the structuralconditions under which operational consequence, synchronized
dependency, delegated execution, fragmented operational continuity,
or interconnected value-flow environments propagate accountability
conditions across materially synchronized systems.
CAM establishes the cascading-accountability layer of ORCS.
The module recognizes that operational consequence may propagate
across fragmented environments when dependency continuity,
synchronized execution, operational influence, or coordinated value
extraction remain materially interconnected.
Where consequence propagates through synchronized operational
systems, accountability continuity must remain structurally
reviewable.
Module Function
CAM governs environments where:- operational consequence propagates across multiple entities

Minimum Implementation Framework
Step 1 — Define the Cascading Accountability ObjectThe organization must define what operational consequence,
synchronized dependency environment, or cascading accountability
structure is being examined.
Minimum requirement:
- the accountability object is explicit
- participating operational entities are identifiable
- the consequence scope is structurally bounded
- undefined consequence relationships are excluded from valid
accountability interpretation
The accountability object may include:
